Individual Welcome of families / Whanau. Child initiated play, indoors and outdoors encouraging independence, co-operation, problem solving and decision-making.
9.30am Music + Movement
This group experience involves listening, singing, moving and playing instruments.
10.00am Kai Time
The children sit at tables outdoors or picnic indoors if wet/cold. Children bring their own snack and drink.
10.15am
Small group learning experiences and child initiated play, indoors and outdoors.
11.55am Tidy-up Time
The children participate in tidying the learning environment.
12.10 – 12.30pm Oral Language
Circle games, rhymes, waiata, puppets and sharing time. A teacher explores a story with the entire group.
12.30 – 1.00pm
Lunch for children staying all day.
12.30pm End of Session
*Children are encouraged to wear sunsmart clothing in summer months with hats and covered shoulders.

Children are encouraged to help tidy their environment.
3.10pm Music
